Hello,
I was thinking it would be great to be able to copy metadata from one file to another (or multiple files via digikam context menu.
Something like this:
1. Select image in thumbnails view
2. Right click
3. Copy metadata
3. A window pops up where you can check the boxes for what metadata do you want to copy with ability to save selections as default so the window won't pop-up next time.
4. Select image(s) you want to paste metadata to
5. Right click
6. Paste metadata

Metadata selection could be as follows:
1. All of the metadata including original dates, camera model, etc. Analog of exiftool -TagsFromFile
2. Date taken
3. Title
4. Caption
5. Tags(keywords)
6. GPS (similar option currently present in Geolocation Editor)
etc. etc. etc. (can be discussed)

What do you think?
