neon user 20170629-10:46 build updated to the latest. But the issue has been around ever since 5.10.0. 

Desktop Toolbox doesn't always close when I click on the desktop. In the LTS, it does. Please look into it. Thank you.

Can't reproduce it in:

Distribution: KDE neon Developer Edition - Stable Branches
Plasma: 5.11.4
Frameworks: 5.41.0
Qt: 5.9.3
Kernel 4.10.0-40-generic

Tried on all four corners.

Me neither. Please re-open if you can find a way to consistently reproduce this.
