Frame bouncing forth and back with high frequency

... never makes it to the next icon. Just bouncing forth and back with really high frequency.

Sorry for the bad pictures. Spectacle cannot capture it. At least I haven't succeeded. Frequency is too high, I guess.

Can you clarify if this is X or wayland and what version of plasma-framework you have.

On the second issue is the mouse over either of them?

"On the second issue is the mouse over either of them?"

No, it is not and I have been holding my finger on one arrow key at the time not two. Trying to navigate the dash is how I've come across this bouncy loop effect. Basically, the frame gets stuck on an icon in the dash and if I continue to press the arrow key the frame starts to bounce forth and back (between the icon I get stuck on and its neighboring icon, whether to the left or right) until I let go of the key. If I move the pointer around a bit, things seem to normalize. Seems there's a conflict between mouse and dash. This is hard to explain.

I think this all is one issue. It's kinda like previous mouse pointer action remanence affecting the dash or something of that nature. I'm definitely not misusing anything. In the LTS (on the same system) this never happens.

Should you have further questions, I would be more than glad to assist you.

I've tried again to capture it with Spectacle and failed.

Tried to attach a screencast but it's too large and don't know if it would be helpful
