In 'Application Style' -> Tab 'Fine Tuning' one can set the menubar style (global, titlebar, or application).  So searching for menubar in system-settings should highlight this module, like when searching for toolsbar.

BUG: Right now 'menubar' search does NOT 'find/highlight' Application Style' module

This KCM is where the global menu is enabled.
