Created attachment 106350 [details] Screenshot showing the garbled icons in the message list filter textbox KDE Neon finally moved from Qt 5.7 to 5.9, and indeed, a lot of focus-related quirks in kMail have been fixed by this migration. The message quick filter text box shows a regression, however, as the padlock icon and the left-arrow "clear" icon now overlap - see screenshot.
