A dolphin window cannot be clicked. It is impossible to Close it. After shutdown and new start (not restart!) the window is still there. I am not able to use it, close it or delete it. the ps command does not show a runnable dolphin. 
What can I do?

This bug is not actionable without a substantial amount of additional information. What distro? What Dolphin version? Are you using Activities? Virtual machines? What were you doing at the time? Etc. If this is reproducible, you should try a support forum or message board first, and see if an actionable, reproducible bug can be generated there.
