Greyed out with show email option

When I get system tray notification of a new email in my imap inbox, if I click on "show email" from the notification to show it, the option to "move to wastebin" is greyed out, as is the option to use the 'del' key or "select file->move to wastebin"; however the trash icon is usually visible and active I can click on that to trash the email.

Once the email is visible in the preview window, if I select it, the "move to wastebin" option is no longer greyed out. Additionally if I double click on the mail to open it in its own window, the option is also not greyed out.

Trashcan option also invisible

And sometimes the trashcan option isn't visible either after "show mail" from the systray notifier. It reappears when re-selecting the mail in the preview window.

Updated to Kubuntu 17.10 and now the problem appears on every new email instead of sporadically.

It seems that it's resolved now
