That's not really a helpful bug report -- I have no idea what you are doing.

Besides, the fact that /usr/bin/dpkg appears in your error message suggests that you have a packaging problem, which you should rather report to your distribution.

Agree. Without additional information, this seems like a packaging issue that you should report to your distro.
