I can confirm this behavior using Kdenlive 18.08. It is likely that this bug will be fixed with the new timeline refactor (but currently changing the speed does not do anything at all there, so I cannot test it). Confirmed. The speed effect is new written in the refactoring version to solve several speed effect issues. No workaround for this issue, except don’t split audio/video when applying the speed effect. The speed effect is solved with version 19.04.0. We close this bug. If it still appears in the latest version, please feel free to re-open it and update the affected version number. |
Created attachment 106086 [details] The Problem Hello everyone, if I choose the option to automatically split audio and video in the timeline settings and then apply the speed effect to a clip, only the video is speed up, and shortened accordingly, the audio remains with original speed and length.
