Can't reproduce. What plasmashell and KDE Frameworks version is this? Can you perhaps make a Screencast? Do note that progress is only shown when the job takes longer than a second or two. Also make sure application progress is enabled in notification applet settings. Created attachment 106074 [details]

In am running: Linux Mint 18.1 KDE Plama Version: 5.10.90 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.36.0 QT Version: 5.7.1 Kernel Version: 4.4.0-53-generic OS Type: 64-bit Processors: 4 x Intel Core i5-3210M 2.50Ghz Ram: 3.8 GB Ram Wasn't there some issue with conflicting dbus files?
