I have some issue when using "Walk Though activities. sometimes its preview too slow causing plasmashell lag when switch activities.

I hope there an option to switch that switcher should show or not.

There is a command kactivities-cli (you'll need to find in which package ubuntu keeps it). It has --next-activity and --previous-activity commands - you can create custom keyboard shortcuts for them.

I don't plan to support this as a GUI option.
