Hi, I mount Samba shares from my NAS using noauto,x-systemd.automount in fstab. My distro is Manjaro Linux 17.0 using KDE with Plasma 5.9. When my NAS is turned off and I try to use Dolphin for saving a file which I download with my firefox for example, Dolphin just freezes. This probably happens because it cannot speak to the mounted shares which I used earlier. I am unsure if it only hangs when using the Save File dialog with a webbrowser or if Dolphin even hangs when I just open it normally, because I do not use this PC anymore. But that was a real problem already. Thanks for helping out.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can from the Dolphin side, see the duplicate report. You can try the smb:// protocol as workaround.
