HTML in E-Mails is the standard way to format mails, but it has some security impact and is unreadable in raw form.

Markdown could help here. It is readable in raw form, can be written directly but can also be displayed nicely formatted.

It would be cool, if kmail supports the view of markdown formatted mails in a formatted way.

When I send me a mail:

It is not displayed formatted by itself. Do I need to configure it somewhere?
