The custom shortcut window constraint

Overview:
The custom shortcuts have an option to only activate in specified windows. These are not saved when exiting the preferences.

Steps to Reproduce:
Open preferences. Create a custom shortcut. Create a new window constraint for it. Exit the configuration, e.g. select an example shortcut. Reselect your new shortcut again, the window constraint is gone.

Actual Results:
Creating a new window constraint doesn't update the 'Accept' box in the lower right corner. Saving the shortcut by changing the performed action and then accepting still doesn't save the window constraint. The comment above the window constraint is not saved either.

Expected Results:
The window constraint should be saved and update the 'Accept' box. It is used to specify for which windows a custom key shortcut should be performed.

In newer versions the UI was simplified, and the faulty option removed. The bug is resolved.
