I'm using KMyMoney for a local organisation, and I need to present monthly reports to the rest of the committee.

When I print out the "Income and Expenses this Month" report several of the old people complain that they do not understand the report. They are not used to looking at Income/Expense and inferring that expensive are negative.

I don't know about your request. Isn't that standard way of presenting expenses,
