Hidden variables should be shown in 
varselectors and the workspace browser 
depending on a configuration option. Also it 
might be helpful to add an RMB-option to toggle 
this setting on the fly.

While we're at it, we might want to add options for 
which fields \(label/type/class\) get shown by default. 
Further, RKSettings should be converted to inherit 
from KDialog.

Ok, so I only added global options for this, plus a 
"Configure View" entry to the RMB-menu. This may 
not be perfect, yet, but I'll close this request. Reopen 
it if you feel different about this.
