Sentry Crash Report:

Description K 2017-05-29 20:44:24 UTC
When the Light Table window is active, keyboard shortcuts for ratings are ignored Ubuntu 16.04. If this is by design, consider that the Light Table is used to compare images and choose which one should be processed further. Ratings are essential for that in many workflows.

I´m using Digikam Version 4.12.0, KDE Development Platform 4.14.16

It turns out that I should have been more precise: keyboard shortcuts for ratings do work, but only the default shortcuts not the custom ones I set in Settings>Configure shortcuts.

Please try to reproduce the problem with 5.6.0 pre-release Linux AppImage bundle available here :

On Windows 10, there is no-issue in 7.2.

Consider closing the issue as it is very old and not reproduced in versions past 4.12
