fter resuming the pc from suspend mode, the text of the icons in the wallpaper/desktop appearswhite or like video failure. Here the screenshot. IT happens on all of my 3 pc

If i select all the icons and i move them, they return normal.

same bug as Bug 364766.
By the way - this is not related to "plasma4" but "plasmashell" ;-)

I can confirm this behaviour in plasma 5.10 (openSUSE 42.2).
