After a fresh install of Kubuntu 18.04 (formatting / and keeping /home with the whole user config of KDE) it works. First I noticed that man:gawk and info:gawk are opened in firefox. When firefox is invoked by info:gawk from krunner, it opens an URL like "file:///home/username/.cache/kioexec/krun/21448_0/gawk" . That works fine, but clicking on a section like Foreword3, firefox tries to open the url "info:/gawk/Foreword3" (notice that there is no kioexec/krun/21448_0 part). After installing konqueror, krunner opens "info:gawk" in konqueror and browsing works as expected in konqueror. I would consider this as Fixed. Thanks for the update; changing status. The title and description seems to suggest the issue might be specific to rekonq. Since rekonq is no longer maintained, and it works for you in Konqueror, let's close it. |
