Same errorn in Win7 64bit version. I am seeing the same bug now in the last 3 versions of KDENLIVE. I suggest you to do a clean re-installation as I described in this document : https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=108162 I closed this bug as a dpublicate of Bug 385046. Try the solution therein.
