This way not only the clipboard could be copied to Android but you could also directly send keyboard-input to Android. Or maybe it would even be possible to allow mouse-input to Android - afaik there is a possiblity for a virtual mouse-cursor on Android.

keyboard-to-smartphone is said to be implemented already - just not released? #370919

Yes, it's in master, it hasn't been released yet. There's a bit of a mess in the 1.X branch, Albert is sorting it out.
At the moment only the keyboard is implemented as far as I remember.
