I have windows 10 and the intel HD Graphics 4000 driver installed in its latest version, my computer is properly updated with all drivers and it has plenty of space... apparently there's nothing wrong with it, and I already re-installed krita.
The problem is wenever I open an any file, all the changes I do, including enable the horizontal and vertical mirror tool, doesnt appear until I minimize it and re-open krita, or open a drop down menu above.
What can I do to solve this problem?

Which driver version is that exactly? Because this problem is known to happen with older driver versions, but not with the current intel driver version: https://docs.krita.org/KritaFAQ#Krita_starts_with_a_black_or_blank_canvas_and_nothing_changes_when_you_try_to_draw.2Fshows_a_black_or_blank_screen_on_my_Windows_system_with_an_Intel_GPU

the version of the driver is 15.33.43.4425, wich I think its the latest, since I downloaded an intel device that automatically searches for the latest versions of the drivers in your computer (because I dont know how to do it manually)

Which tool did you use to update? I'm trying to update my win10 laptop with a HD4000, but the installer keeps installing a 10.x driver.

I used a device from intel that detects automatically the drivers that needs to be updated, I downloaded it from their website, I'll try to post the link here:
http://www.intel.com.br/content/www/br/pt/support/detect.html

But, oddly, after my computer spent the night turned off, it worked... yesterday I restarted it several times, but apparently it worked only after I turned it off... I dont know if its gonna keep working, I really hope so, but thank you for your help, I was very usefull!

it stopped working again! I really don't know what else to do... sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, and just to make sure, all the times I use krita, I close all other devices, and usually my computer is very fast, I don't have any problems using photoshop or adobe premiere...

Photoshop and Premiere don't use opengl to render the image; if you disable opengl Krita will work for you (but you will miss some functionality). 

I've tried to update my HD4000 laptop yesterday, but even the 15.something driver installer installs a 10.something driver -- and besides, that thinkpad never showed any problems, and still doesn't show any problem using opengl. 

What brand and model is your system?

Can you please try the latest version of Krita and check if this bug is reproducible.

Also can try bouds suggestion in the last comment.
