Currently Kmail pulls in a number of GPG dependencies which are unnecessesary for users without any intention of utilising the feature.

For source distro users particularly this adds unwanted compilation time.

Non-core features, such as GPG, should be configurable for disablement.

nope I will not add an option for it.
It's necessary by default.
