As discussed in http://valgrind.10908.n7.nabble.com/tilegx-td57235.html,
TileGX/Linux port of Valgrind is going to be removed.

There has been over the last year:
         no known users, 
         and no (original) developer doing maintenance 
         and no reply from (original) developers to simple questions 
         and no access to a system to test/compile 
         and no nightly build 
         and no emulator.

These two patches remove support for TileGX/Linux port.
After they are integrated, index.html in valgrind-www repo needs to be updated as well.
