is impossible to see or install icon, theme, ecc. , discovery doesn't show anything for this category, from system the error indicated is: network issue .4, thanks in advice for your work and your support

That doesn't sound like it's discover's fault. If you don't have an active network connection, installing things from the internet won't work.
