Thanks. There were fixes #377578 and #377579 that may be related to this but unfortunately you don't have them in the AppImage. kexi-git20170324-x86_64.AppImage is still the newest available and contains no such fixes. Update: Universal Kexi "AppImage" for Linux - a new version from April 29 is now linked at https://community.kde.org/Kexi/Snapshots. You can try it in your tests. Later releases are planned too.
