- What I was doing when the application crashed:
building a PDF using quickbuild or pdflatex. both lead to the crash in my project.
interestingly, running pdflatex in the project folder manually works fine.
quickbuild in other projects also works.

The crash can be reproduced every time.

I can not provide a test anymore, because now - 7 months later - I do use newer versions of kile, QT, etc.
In Kile 1.9.60 the project building works also for this project.
