Hi,
Close/Max/Min buttons doesn't appear.
When the INDI control panel is executed, its window appears behind the main window, and it can't be bring at front.
Also the lower Linux Mint control panel disappears.

This is not a bug in KStars, it's due to the Window Manager you're using in Mint. KStars is best run under KDE.

INDI Panel in Mint 18.1

I also tested Mint 18.1 under a VM and INDI Control Panel appears OK. As you can see, it has the min/max buttons in addition to close at the top right corner.
