- install LP 2.4 under Windows
- use the menu Help -> What's This

result: one cannot use this in any area. The icon is always a disallowed sign

This function is currently not used. We will check if it's useful to enable it.

Still in LabPlot 2.5RC2.

If it is not useful it should be removed to avoid confusions.

We mainly use tool tips to show helpful information for practical reasons. "What's this" is only used for tool buttons without text. I added "What's this" information for the most important tool buttons now. If you have any suggestions for more "what's this" information or tool tips or if you miss anything, just let me know per mail.
