- Install LP 2.4 on Windows
- press F1 or use the menu Help -> labplot2 Handbook

result: nothing happens instead of opening the handbook or a link to it.

This is a known bug of KDE on Windows. Let's see if this is fixed i a later version of Frameworks.

Help-> Handbook now works with latest Frameworks (5.33.0) as tested on Windows.
