No action after clicked the help > Krita Gemini Handbook.

  Also the edtion is 2.9 alpha not the 3.0 in Steam.

We don't support 2.9 anymore, I'm afraid. We're in the process of attempting to update steam to 3.0. In the meantime, the docs are up on docs.krita.org.
