GPG Key will not save.  Routinely asks, click save in password manager, error remains.

I don't quite understand what you are trying to save. And what the passwordmanager has to do with it.

Hint the GnuPG password is asked for by GnuPG directly (not KGpg) and is intentionally not stored in a password manager.

Ah.  I see the issue now.  Please mark this closed or whatever for user stupidity/error.  Sorry.  Forgot to change the setting for how long the password is to be saved within Engimail.  Too much distro hopping before deciding on KDE Neon...
