When inserting a CD, everything is fine, but when ejecting the first one (e.g. after copying or listening to stuff on the CD) and inserting another, the Information is not updated. I have to close and reopen dolphin for the new information to be displayed correctly.

Does this still happen with a newer version of Dolphin?

No, the problems seems to have gone away.
