Neon distribution doesn't have more advanced package manager, so to install software from outside repositories requires using cli.

Current version of discover allows only to delete ppa sources. It would be great to allow:
- add (to separate files as apt-add-repository)
- modify existing sources
- update sources
- purge --autoremove packages

That's out of scope for Discover and PackageKit. That's why we add a shortcut to use the native tools, such as software-properties for Ubuntu. We expect users to use that.
