Digikam opens in full screen and there are no window borders.  Clicking off full screen and still no window borders, the window occupies the full screen blocking access to the desktop panel.

Same problem here, Mate 1.16.1 with Digikam 5.3.0 on Debian Linux.

This is reproducible using current digiKam 7.0.0-beta2 pre-release installar for Windows ?
