Yes, that sometimes happens. No idea when it exactly happens, but it's one of the reasons we're rewriting the text tool. The old text tool that we shared with kword/calligra words just never became what we expected of it. Still not solved in appimage :( There's no need to complain about that on every bug report, Rafael. We know, we are still working on a new text tool for Krita 4.0. Sorry my multiple messages, but I'm very unhappy with this issue and discovered a lot of people take time and effort to explain with detail the bug, but time pass and nothing changes. In my case, that always promote Krita vs other Linux and Windows alternatives, this kind of long time (important, because make it unusable) bugs, let me without arguments to recommend Krita. Is preferible to have no "Text tool" that have a non usable one, IMHO. Thank you anyway for read my words. |
