I have a 1600x900 Laptopscreen, and a 3840x2160 monitor attached.
On the large screen, the cursor and mouse is correctly sized.
When moving it to the laptop, mouse pointer is way too large, except on the window decoration / header line.
Expected behaviour: Mouse pointer on laptop screen sized to correct proportion
