I'd like to change colors of paper/ui/text to be easier on the eyes. Changing stuff to pinkish hue is on my mind.

have you tried the accessibility options at all?

Just tried paper color and it didn't work for epub. I suppose inverting colors should be good to me, since you can't change back ground color while I don't like presentation mode and full screen still has ui, which makes the whole thing dark rather than neutral.

So i guess the accessibility options we have are good for you, and what you want to report is the paper color change not working for epub (please use a new bug if i understood you correctly)
