i use okular to create some annotations with chinese characters in a pdf file. and when i open the pdf file in adobe reader, most characters are displayed right, but some are not.
the same issue had been reported here:
https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1765614

For example, the Chinese character "不" (U+4E0D) will be shown as "上" (U+4E0A) in the annotation in Adobe Reader.

The annotation in the attached pdf file is created by okular with Chinese characters 我不会复印.
But Adobe reader render it as 我上会夊印.
