before installing libdvdcss2 dragonplayer didnt crash but where stopping at particular moment of video, after installing libdvdcss2 it just crashed at the same postition of time

Looks fairly unrelated to libdvdcss but entirely related to pulseaudio, so best file a bug report there. 
Note that you should also get a message on STDOUT respectively your .xsession-errors file which may be useful.
