1. Open two windows
2. However a mouse pointer near the first one. You can see a tooltip
3. Move mice pointer to another window on panel. You can see that tooltip changes but is shown at the same place it first appeared.

Tooltips (without previews) are displayed at the right places

I can't reproduce. A lot has changed since this bug was first filed.

Please reopen if this is still an issue on modern Plasma.
