Hi. There is a special type of .chm files like this:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1nB8I_1Xoa3Q1dlR25od0VLcjg/view?usp=sharing

Currently, Okular is the best in viewing such special type of .chm file, but still need for improvements:

1) 1st page appear as totally blank page,

2) 2nd page appear as "Page can not be found",

3) 3rd page ?!!

3) most importantly, user can not use outline of such special type of CHM file. He can only either:

- scroll pages to land on next or previous page, page by page or

- click on arrows at top or bottom of each page to go one page forward or backward

but not able to use outline of file which is already existing on 1st page (which appear as Home in contents "=outline")

I think I need special approach differ from stranded CHM files.

Please your kind fix & improvement.
