Would it be possible to get a backtrace of PackageKit at least? Also what version of neon. I can confirm. Using neon Developer 5.9.90. Furthermore, I checked ksysguard and packagekitd is still open after the message. So this is a discover bug, not a packagekit bug. I cannot reproduce this issue.
