Adjusting the picture window in Kaffeine is not perfect as in attachment.

Adjusting the picture window in Kaffeine is not perfect as in attachment.
It worked perfect in Kaffeine 1.2.2.

Changed Kaffeine's logic to offer all options that libVLC accept for Aspect Ratio. Changing it won't affect the scale anymore.

Also, replaced the non-working logic that were trying to resize the video window according with the size of the video, by a logic that manually sets the video size. I added several values, from 25% to 300% of the original video size.

Both video display settings are under the Playback->Video menu (or at the mouse context, at the ->Video sub-menu):

	- Aspect Ratio - selects the aspect ratio
	- Video Size - let select between automatic scaling to fit at the window, or to manually select the scaling factor.
