Hi.

Currently Okular has no ability to add new (blank) page(s).

It will be very nice to add this function. User should be able to add new page either after or before a given original page number.

Okular is not an editor (annotations are a bit different), so this is unlikely to happen.

I will close this because now we have applications can achieve this like "PDF Mix Tool" that available on FlatHub.
