Actually I think the problem is quite big. In the last Neon user edition ISOs the installing process in BROKEN because of grub failing to install. I'm using an EFI system, tried to install Neon many times few days ago but always the same problem. Tried to manually (chroot and) install grub too.. no way. I'm not sure if installing grub with a bios GPT partition works too. Maybe some packages are still missing. I guess it needs to get fixed asap! Thank you for reporting this issue in KDE software.
