Does this affect only the task manager, or do you see the same thing for other context menus as well? I can confirm on neon dev unstable, Wayland. Almost all points also are valid to context menus from system tray icons and icons in desktop (folder view). The exception is that these context menus are not closed together kicker like context menus from task manager.
