There are no "modal dialog windows" on Wayland yet. Thus the effect cannot work. For X11 windows it should also work on Wayland. Yes, you're right : the effect works perfectly on Gnome File manager's Property modal dialog, which uses XWayland. As said above, there are no modal dialogs on wayland, and afaik upstream doesn't want to introduce such state. Cantfix on wayland. |
