opensuse 42.2 x86_64

i update a location of a photo for example
then
i use the google photo export tool to update this photo
i click on "launch transfer" 
then
there is no dialog to accept replacement
just we see the photo is transfered
then
in google photo we see that a new photo was added.

Said thanks to Google to break Picasa API few days ago.
