My System: KDE-Plasma 5.9.2 KDE-Frameworks 5.31.0 QT 5.8.0 Kernel 4.9.9-1-Manjaro-x86_64 I'm getting the same issue, I just updated arch linux, installed KDE, installed Blogilo, and fought with it for a few hours wondering why the Visual Editor doesn't respond to keyboard input. Running it from the console, I see it reports "QLayout: Attempting to add QLayout "" to QWidget "", which already has a layout", I don't know if that's related to the issue I'm seeing. Similar bug reports suggest it may be related to input method helpers, such as IBus or Fcitx. Please check if removing these makes a difference. Thanks for the reply. I don't have IBus or FCitx installed. I do have libibus installed, it's used by gnome-control-center (I have Gnome installed as well, but I'm running KDE/Plasma right now) but I doubt that would be the issue. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 372741 *** |
